Qin Shi Huangdi’s early life Angie-Did you know Qin was granted the throne at age 13? When he became emperor he changed his name; which was originally Ying Zheng. But for some reason he changed his name to Qin Shi Huangdi. After he became emperor his family (meaning his mother, stepfather, and 2 half brothers) wanted to kill him because they thought he had too much power. So Qin had his mother banished and his stepfather and his half brothers killed. Harsh! I know!

They did it by stacking 3 boards on each side and then filling it with dirt.Then they would simply build up. Some people died wile building the wall. The people who died were buried in the wall. That is how the wall got the name the LONGEST GRAVE YARD!!!!
Korey: The clay army was made to protect Qin shihuangdi in the afterlife. Like his real army in the real world not the afterlife. I think that the clay soldiers did not protect him in the afterlife because its just clay.

Qin Shi Huangdi’s dynast was over thrown by rebellious armies! The leader of this powerful farmy army was Han Gaozu .Only after 15 years of this powerful emperor in 210B.C.,farmers and nobles alike revolted against Qin Shi Haungdi’s dynasty’s harsh rule. However, China’s first emperor would leave a lasting legacy. The centralized systems of writing, government, and money that he created would live on for centuries.
